Inspiration – How to Keep It

We’ve just ended our annual holy day marathon.

Rosh HaShanah – New Year.

Yom Kippur – Day of Atonement.

Sukkot – Festival of Booths.

Shemini Atzeret / Simchat Torah – 8th Day of Assembly / Rejoicing with the Torah.

Three wonderful weeks. (I’ll just add, much more pleasant than the summer period that is usually referred to as The Three Weeks.)

I hope you found much inspiration during this time. I know that I did.

Do you have a plan to capture that inspiration and channel it?

In fact, I may be writing this article a week too late. You may have already lost the inspiration you felt during Yom Kippur.

It could be that the past week of “ordinary” has already wiped out the inspiration you felt dancing on Simchat Torah.

Inspiration can be so much like a vapor. It quickly passes away and it’s as if it was never there.

It’s our job to capture that inspiration and channel it into real growth.

Tomorrow I’ll share with you a strategy for doing that. You’ll find that article here.
